          The vehicles of Educational Institution registered are given permission to carry their students or staff.  For identification these vehicles are pained in golden yellow color.

1.      Who can apply for educational Institution Bus Permit?
                        Owner of the vehicle
            
2.   What are the documents to be given?     

1. Application in Form-PEVA     
2. PROOF OF ADDRESS (any one of the following to be produced)
1. Ration Card
2. Electoral Roll
3. LIC Policy
4. Passport
5. Pay slip issued - Govt. Office (or) a Local Body
6. School Certificate
7. Birth Certificate
8. Affidavit Sworn by the applicant before an Executive (or) a First  Class Judicial Magistrate (or) Notary Public
3. Registration Certificate
4. Insurance Certificate          
5. Passport size photo-2
6. Pollution under control certificate
7. Valid tax       

3.     What is the amount of Fees payable?
                          Rs.300/- + Rs.150
                          Service Charge Rs.100
                                                                         
4.      To whom should apply?
                          Secretary / Regional Transport Authority         

5.      Time limit for service to be rendered?
                          5 Days
