1.     Who can apply?

1. Holder of Conductor’s Licence
2. Conductor’s Licence should not be dis-qualified

2.     What are the documents to be given?
                                              Requisition letter

1. Conductor’s Licence
2. Proof of Address( any one of the following documents)

                                                         (a)   Secondary School Leaving Certificate
                                                         (b)   Conduct Certificate from Police Department
                                                         (c)   Proof of address
                                                         (d)    Passport size photos 4 copies

3.      What is the amount of Fees payable?
                                                 Rs.15/- + Service charges Rs.50/-

4.       To whom should one apply?
                                                Regional Transport Officer/ Motor Vehicle Inspector Grade I

5.       Time limit for getting Conductor Licence?
          15 Days
