The Sectors dealt in this Division are

7. Youth Welfare and Sports Development
8. Information and  Publicity
9. Labour Welfare and Employment Services
10. Stationery and Printing

Activities of the Division are:

1. Preparation of Five Year Plan- At present the preparation of 12th Five Year Plan is under Progress,
2. Preparation of Annual Plan ( Part - I and Part II), Mid-Term Appraisal
3. The division will take up works by the Vice-Chairman, Member-Secretary,  Full Time Member and Members then and there. 
4. Convening meetings, preparing agenda/ base paper / minutes of meeting and take the follow up action.
5. Conducting 'Seminar, Workshop' on various important issues and draw a action point on the proceedings of workshop and seminar.
6. The division will update the data already prepared both for ll India and State.  Further, data regarding  Education, Labour and Tourism Culture  will be taken up
7. Preparation of Compendium of Major Schemes including EAP, Centrally Sponsored Scheme, few important State Schemes which has sizeable outlay.
8. The Division uses the data  for plan works from the reports received from various research institutions / Evaluation and Applied Research Department / National University of Educational Planning and Administration (NUEPA)/ Elementary Education in India by NUEPA /  District Information System  for Education (DISE) and hand book of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan(SSA)    and other departments and various committees.
