Thiru D Jayakumar, the Hon'ble Minister for Law and Information Technology inaugurated the "Connect 2004" scheduled to be held from 22.9.2004 to 25.9.2004 at Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam, Chennai and released "Connect 2004 Catalogue". In this inaugural function, Ms Pratibha Rana, the Hon'ble Minister of State for Science & Technology, Government of Nepal, Mr Kraisom Pornsutee, Deputy Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Information & Communication Technology, Government of Thailand, Thiru Vivek Harinarain IAS, Secretary to Government, Information Technology Department, Ms Shobhana Kamineni, Chairperson, CII-Southern Region and Thiru S Mahalingam, Chairman, Connect 2004 participated.
