The Enquiry Commission appointed by the Government under the Chairmanship of retired High Court Judge Justice Thiru K S Bakthavatchalam to enquire the incident held in Chennai Law College Students' Hostel and nearby places on 7.12.2001 handed over the Commission's Report to the Hon'ble Chief Minister at Secretariat.
