07.12.2003 His Excellency the Governor of Tamil Nadu Thiru P.S. Ramamohan Rao inaugurated the Armed Forces Flag Day Collections at Raj Bhavan, Chennai today. Thiru V. Kannuchamy, I.A.S., Collector, Chennai received the contribution.
