01.12.2003 On the occasion of 'International Day of the Disabled', Thiru A Arunachalam, the Hon'ble Deputy Speaker of Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly inaugurated the "State Level Sports Meet of the Disabled" at Chennai.
In the presence of Thiru Mohan Verghese Chunkath, IAS., Special Commissioner for the Disabled, Thiru R Nataraj, IPS., City Police Commissioner, Greater Chennai distributed the prizes to the winners.
