The Tentative Merit List of the candidates who have applied for Admission to M.Pharm. / MPT / M.Sc., (N) Courses 2008 – 09 for the seats under Government Colleges and other Self Financing Colleges affiliated to the Tamil Nadu Dr.M.G.R. Medical University, Guindy, Chennai – 32 who have surrendered their seats for admission under single window system are published.

The call letters for the eligible candidates are under despatch.

Any eligible candidates if the Hall-Ticket is not received in time can directly report on the day of counselling to the Selection Committee and meet the Secretary, Selection Committee. The Selection Committee is not responsible for any postal delay and non-receipt of call letters.

1. Students who have studied in other universities even during 1982 have now applied for Post Graduate courses: - It is very difficult to get details of such 25 years old record from other universities within the stipulated time.

2. There are number of variations in subjects and papers taught in each year from one university to other due to vast change in syllabus which makes it difficult to equalize the marks of different universities.

In view of the above difficulties a tentative merit list has been prepared as per the actual marks obtained without normalization as it had been followed during the previous year (2007 – 2008)

The seat matrix of the different branches in M.Pharm. / M.P.T. / M.Sc., (N) courses in Government and under various Self-financing colleges will be published prior to the counselling as few colleges are yet to surrender their seats to the single window system.
