ORDER:

In the Government order first read above, the Government have interalia accorded sanction for a sum of Rs.2.08 lakhs (recurring) towards staff cost on consolidated pay for starting of Vocational Training Centre (VRC) at Government After Care Organisation, Athur, Kanchipuram District for the inmates discharged from Juvenine/Special Home during 1999-2000 as in the annexure III to the said order.

The Director of Social Defence has now sent proposals for thcontinuance of the posts created in the abovesaid Government order for a further period of ne year from 1-4-2000 to 31-3-2001.

] The Government after careful examination, accept the proposals of Director of Social Defence for the further continuance of the temporary posts created in the Government order read above and indicated in the Annexure for a further period of one year from 1-4-2000 to 31-3-2001.

Sanction is accorded for the incurring of an expenditure of Rs.2.08 lakhs (Rupees two lakhs and eight thousand only) towards staff salary under the scheme as in the annexure.

The expenditure shall be debited to:

"2235-Social Security and Welfare-02-Social Weflare-106-Correctional Services-Schemes in the IX Five Year Plan-II-State Plan-JC-Strengthening of Vocational Training-01-Salaries"

This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide its U.O.No.14/DS/(TK)/2000 dated 14-7-2000.
