Social Welfare – Department of Social Defence – Eradication of Juvenile Beggary by providing – Non institutional services through Voluntary agencies – Further Continuance of the scheme for the year 2006-2007 – orders – Issued

In the Government order first read above the Government have sanctioned the continuance of the Guidance Bureau of Indian Council for Child Welfare, Chennai for the year 2005 – 2006

2. The Commissioner of Social Defence in his letter second read above had reported that the Juvenile Guidance Bureau at the ICCW , Chennai is functioning effectively and he has therefore requested the Government to sanction further continuance of the scheme Juvenile Guidance Bureau under ICCW, Chennai for the period from 1.4.2006 to 31.3.2007 with the sanction for the recurring expenditure of Rs. 1.08 towards the salary to the staff, rent stationery and office contingencies

3. The Government accept the proposal of the Commissioner of Social Defence and accord sanction for incurring an expenditure of Rs 1.08.000/- (Rupees one lakhs and eight thousand only) forwards salary to the staff, rent stationery and office contingencies in connection with the running of the Guidance Bureau off ICCW Chennai, from 1.4.2006 to 31.3.2007 as detailed in the annexure to this order.

4. The Commissioner of Social Defence is requested to obtain and furnish the utilization certificate and the audited Income Expenditure statement for the amount sanctioned in para 3 above, to the government at the end of every financial year without final. The Grant for future period will be considered only on receipt off the utilization certificate and the respective Income and Expenditure statement
