Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme Department G.O.(Ms) No.16 Read: From the Director of Social Defence D.O. Letter No.8562/D3/2002 dated 12.3.2003 ------- ORDER: Under the Central Scheme of Assistance for implementation of Swadhar Scheme in the Department of Social Defence a sum of Rs.31.69 lakhs have been sanctioned by the Government of India for the consolidated project proposal sent by the Director of Social Defence and a sum of Rs.16,39,500/- have been released by the Government of India as the first instalment in this case. 2. The Government now proposed to constitute a peer Review Committee for seeking clearance on the proposals sent to Government of India by the Director of Social Defence under Swadhar scheme After careful examination the Government constitutes "peer Review Committee" with the following composition to scrutinize and clear the proposals seeking grant -in-aid under the "Swadhar Scheme" of assistance from Government of India for implementation of the scheme in the Department of Social Defence. 1.
