The Director of Industries and Commerce in his letter read above, among others has sent proposals under Part II Schemes for 2003-2004 for sanction of a sum of Rs.11.00 lakhs forTraining Scheme for manufacturers and Quality System Personnel at Central Electrical Testing Laboratory, Kakkalur as detailed below :-

2. The Government have carefully examined the proposal of the Director of Industries and Commerce and decided to accept it.

3. Accordingly sanction is accorded for an expenditure of Rs.11.00 lakhs (Rupees eleven lakhs only) which includes a recurring expenditure of Rs.2 lakhs and a non-recurring expenditure of Rs.9.00 lakhs towards Training scheme for manufacturer and Quality System Personnel at Central Electrical Testing Laboratory, Kakkalur. under part II scheme 2003-2004.

The expenditure sanctioned in para 1

Sl No.3 shall be debited to :-

"2851 - 00 Village and Small Industries - 102 Small Scale Industries - I Non Plan - BM - Central Electrical Testing Laboratory, Kakkalur - 17 Minor Works (DPC 2851 00 102 BM 1701)

Sl No.4 shall be debited to :-

2851 - 00 - Village and Small Industries 102 Small Scale Industries - I Non Plan - BM. Central Electrical Testing Laboratory, Kakkalur 19 Machinery and and equipments - 01 Purchase

(DPC 2851 00 - 102 - BM 1916)

5. The Director of Industries and Commerce is authorised to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para 3 above according to the need and submit a report to Government about the Impact of Training to quality control personnel and testing personnel in Central Electrical Testing Laboratory, Kakkalur

6. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department vide its U.O.No.30691/Inds./2003 dated 30.5.2003.
