ORDER:

The Director of Industries and Commerce, in his letter read above, has sent proposals for purchase of equipments for Physics  laboratory, Workshop, English communication, Library Books, Computer, Xerox  Machine, Fire Extinguisher, etc., at a cost of Rs 10.00 lakhs for implementation of revised syllabus in the Institute of Ceramic Technology, Vridhachalam, as per AICTE norms.

2. The Government have examined the proposal and accepted the same under Part II Scheme for 2003-04.  Sanction is therefore accorded for incurring an expenditure not exceeding Rs 10.00 Lakhs (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) for the purchase of laboratory equipments, library books, fire extinguisher,  Xerox machine, etc,  as listed in the Annexure to this Order.

3. The  expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debited to

“4851.00 Capital Outlay on Village & Small Industries-102. Small Scale Industries-Schemes in the Tenth Five Year Plan-II State Plan -KX Improvement of  Technology. 19 Machinery and Equipments-01. Purchase. (DPC 4851.00.102 KX 1911).

4. The Director of Industries and Commerce is authorized to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para 2 above.

5. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department vide its U.O.No.30395/Fin(Ind)/03, dated 23.5.2003.
