Abstract Natural Calamities - Tsunami - Nagapattinam District - Sterilized Tsunami victims under gone Recanalisation Operation Relief assistance Rs.35,378/- sanction from CRF/NCCF - Orders Issued. Revenue (NC III) Department G.O.Ms.No.735 Read: 1) From the District Collector, Nagapattinam Lr.No.14884/2005/J2, Dated 25.08.06 2) From the Principal Commissioner and Commissioner of Revenue Administration Lr.No.TRR1/68727/2005, Dated 18.10.06 3) G.O.Ms.No.30,Health and family welfare(R1) Department dated 02.03.05 4) Minutes of the meeting of the SLC on CRF Schemes meeting dated 26.10.06 ORDER: The Collector Nagapattinam has sent proposals for providing relief assistance to two Tsunami affected persons as mentioned below for having undergone recanalisation operation in Private Hospitals and he has requested to sanction Rs.35,378/- (Rupees thirty five thousand three hundred and seventy eight only) towards settlement of expenses claimed by the private hospitals as per the G.O. third read above:
2) The Principal Commissioner and Commissioner of Revenue Administration has recommended the above proposal for placing before the State Level Committee on Calamity Relief Fund Schemes for consideration. 3) The Committee, in its meeting held on 26.10.06 has approved the proposal of the Collector, Nagapattinam as recommended by the Principal Commissioner and Commissioner of Revenue Administration for sanction of Rs.35,378/- for providing relief assistance to the tsunami affected persons viz Tmt. Devi, W/o. Murugesan (Rs.24,500/-) and Tmt. Vanitha, W/o. Ramamurthy (Rs.10,878/-) of Nagapattinam District for having undergone recanalisation operation. 4) The Government accept the decision of the State Level Committee on calamity Relief Fund Schemes and accordingly, sanction a sum of Rs.35,378/- (Rupees Thirty Five Thousand Three hundred and Seventy eight only) from the calamity Relief fund towards relief assistance to Tmt. Devi, W/o. Murugesan (Rs.24,500/-) and Tmt. Vanitha, W/o. Ramamurthy (Rs.10,878/-) of Nagapattinam District for having undergone recanalisation operations. 5) The expenditure sanctioned in paragraph 4 above shall be debited to the head of account under " 2245 Relief on account of Natural Calamities 80 General 800 Other Expenditure I - Non Plan AB - Assistance for undertaking relief works in Tsunami affected areas - 09 Grants in aid - 01 Grants for Current Expenditure (DPC-2245-80-800-AB-0918)". 6) Necessary funds will be provided in RE/FMA 2006-07. Pending provision of such funds, the Special Commissioner and Commissioner of Revenue Administration is hereby authorized to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in paragraph 4 as per the existing procedure to the Collector of Nagapattinam and he is requested to send the Utilization certificate to the Accountant General/Government. 7) The Special Commissioner and Commissioner of Revenue Administration is also requested to include the above said expenditure while sending RE/FMA Proposal for 2006-07 without fail. 8. This Order Issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department vide its U.O.No.69279/Rev/06, dated 8.11.06 and ASL No.906 (Nine hundred and six). (By Order of the Governor) S.
