Abstract Tsunami - Emergency Tsunami Reconstruction Project (ETRP) assisted by the World Bank - Construction of Sewerage treatment plant for the Permanent shelters constructed at Akkaraipettai in Nagapattinam - Proposal cleared by the Empowered Committee - Rs.120.00 lakhs - Amount sanctioned - Orders - Issued - G.O. cancelled. Officer on Special Duty (Relief and Rehabilitation) and Project Director (ETRP / TEAP) Letter No.TRR-EAP1/63843/2006, dated 1.9.2006. ---- ORDER: In the circumstances reported in the reference third read above, Government accept the decision of the Empowered Committee and cancel the Government Order issued in the G.O. first read above sanctioning a sum of Rs.120.00 lakhs for construction of Sewerage Treatment Plant for the Permanent Shelters constructed at Akkaraipettai in Nagapattinam District by Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage Board since the work had already been taken up by TATA Relief Committee. 2. The Principal Commissioner & Commissioner of Revenue Administration may be instructed to send necessary proposal to Government for surrendering the above amount in RE / FMA 2006-07. 3. This order issues with the Concurrence of the Finance Department vide its U.O.No.59410 / MA & WS / 06, Dated 29.9.2006. (By Order of the Governor) S.
