Ms. No.297 Read:- 1) G.O. Ms. No.142, Revenue (NC.IV.1) Department, Dated: 27.2.2006. 2) From the Commissioner and Director of Animal Husbandry, Chennai-6, Lr. No.3900/NAB-II/06, Dated: 10.4.2007. -------- ORDER:- In the G.O. first read above, sanction was accorded for a sum of Rs.140 lakhs for construction of 70 sub centres (Rs.2 lakhs X 70) and Rs.17.92 lakhs for training to workers and for provision of infrastructure facilities to these sub centres totaling Rs.157.92 lakhs in the tsunami affected districts which are functioning in the rented buildings. 2. In the letter second read above, the Commissioner and Director of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services has stated that the amount sanctioned in the G.O. first read above could not be drawn due to various administrative reasons and requested to revalidate the G.O. 3. The Government after careful consideration authorise the Commissioner and Director of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services, Chennai-6 to draw and to incur the unutilised expenditure sanctioned in the G.O. Ist read above for utilisation during the year 2007-2008 as detailed below:- "2403-00 - Animal Husbandry-101 Veterinary Services and Animal Health - II State Plan - QA - Emergency Tsunami Reconstruction Project (ETRP) with assistance from World Bank - Animal Husbandry Department."
4. Necessary funds will be provided in the Revised Estimate/ FMA 2007-2008. Pending provision of funds the concerned Pay and Accounts Officer/ Treasury Officer is requested to admit bills if it is found otherwise to be in order. The Commissioner and Director of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services, Chennai-6 is requested to send necessary proposals to Government in Finance (AH&F) Department to include this expenditure in RE/FMA 2007-2008 without fail. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide its U.O. No.28117/AH&F/07, Dated 29.5.2007 and ASL No.173, (One Hundred and Seventy Three) (By Order of the Governor) P.
