Ms. No.273 Read:- 1) G.O. Ms. No.367, Revenue (NC.IV.1) Department, Dated: 9.6.2006. 2) From the Special Commissioner and Commissioner of Revenue Administration, Chennai-5, Lr. No. TOP-2/48056/06, Dated: 10.05.2007. -------- ORDER:- The Government accept the proposal of the Special Commissioner and Commissioner of Revenue Administration in his letter second read above and accord sanction for the continuance of the appointment of Thiru J. Devadoss as Record Clerk to the State Relief Commissioner sanctioned in the G.O. first read above for one year from 22.06.2007 or till the necessity ceases whichever is earlier for attending the works relating to the implementation of ETRP and TEAP projects on a consolidated pay of Rs.3900/- (Rupees Three thousand and nine hundred only). 2. The expenditure sanctioned in paragraph 1 above shall be debited to the following head of account:- "2070 00. Other Administrative Services - 800 other expenditure - Schemes in the Eleventh Five Year Plan II State Plan - QA. World Bank assisted scheme under Emergency Tsunami Reconstruction Project (ETRP) - Project Management Unit - Revenue Administration - 33. Payments for Professional and Special Services - 04. Contract Payment." (DPC 2070-00-800-QA-3347) 3. The expenditure towards payment of salary may be ordered to be met from the Project Management Fund sanctioned in G.O. Ms. No.580, Revenue (NC.IV.1) Department, Dated: 19.10.2005. The Project Director (ETRP and TEAP) is authorized to pay the salary to Thiru J. Devadoss, Record Clerk (on Consolidated Pay) in the office of the State Relief Commissioner in the Project Management Unit. 4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide its U.O. No.32412/Finance (Revenue)/2007, dated 22.5.2007. (By Order of the Governor) P.
