ORDER:-

In the G.O. first read above, the Government have sanctioned for appointment of the additional administrative staff for a period of six months from the date of issue of order or till the necessity ceases whichever is earlier.

2. In the circumstances stated, there in the Government accept the recommendation of the Director of Town Panchayats and accord sanction for the further continuance of the additional administrative staff mentioned in the Annexure to this order for a further period of one year beyond 18.4.2007.

3. The expenditure sanctioned in paragraph 2 above, shall be debited to the following head of account:-

"2515 - 00 - Other Rural Development Programme - 102. Community Development - II. State Plan - RB. Asian Development Bank assisted scheme under Tsunami Emergency Assistance Project (TEAP) - Town Panchayts - Livelihood Programme - 34-04 Contract appointment"

4. The Government also ratify the action of the Director of Town Panchayats for having retained the additional administrative staff beyond 18.4.2007 in anticipation of the G.O.

5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide its U.O. No.27737/Finance (MAWS)/07, Dated: 18.05.2007.
