No. TRR-EAP4/338/2007, Dated: 16.3.2007. ***** ORDER:- In the G.O. first read above, orders were issued sanctioning the formation of two project coordination units one at Thoothukudi and other at Nagapattinam and one Technical Cell in Chennai in the Directorate of Environment with staff for a period of one year from the date of issue of the order or till the necessity cases whichever is earlier. 2. The Project Director (ETRP/TEAP) placed the proposal of the Director of Environment for the continuance of the staff sanctioned for a further period of one year before the Sub-Committee at its meeting held on 14.2.2007. 3. The Sub-Committee considered the proposal and directed that the continuance of the staff of the three units in the Directorate of Environment might be allowed for a further period from 9.12.2006 to 30.11.2007 only. 4. The Government accept the decision of the Sub-Committee and accord sanction for the further continuance of the staff mentioned in the Annexure I & II to this order for a further period from 9.12.2006 to 30.11.2007. 5. the expenditure shall be debited to the following head of account:- "3435 - Ecology & Environment – 03 – Environmental Research and Ecological Regeneration – 001 – Direction and Administration – Schemes in the Eleventh Five Year Plan-II. State Plan – QA. World Bank assisted scheme under Emergency Tsunami Reconstruction Project (ETRP) – Environment – 01 Salaries." (DPC 3435.03.001.QA.0106) 6.
