From the Officer on Special Duty (Relief and Rehabilitation), Chennai-5, Letter No.TRR-EAP-3/70153/2006, dated 18.1.2007.

ORDER:

In the Letter read above, the OSD (R&R) and Project Director (ETRP and TEAP) has informed that the Project Director and Principal Secretary to Government, Tsunami Rehabilitation Programme, Disaster Management Department, Government of Kerala has invited him to attend the inception Workshop of JFPR and address the audience which is scheduled on 22nd January 2007 at Hotel Mascot, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. He has requested the Government to permit him to attend the above programme.

2. The Government permit Thiru C.V. Sankar, I.A.S., Officer on Special Duty (R&R) and Project Director (ETRP and TEAP) to go to Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala State to attend the programme referred to in paragraph 1 above on 22nd January 2007.

3. The period of absence from the Headquarters shall be treated as Duty. He is eligible to draw Travelling Allowance and Daily Allowance admissible to him as per the orders in force.

4. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department as per G.O.Ms.No.519, Finance (Salaries) Department, dated 29.7.97.
