ORDER:

The Government accept the proposal of the Special Commissioner and Commissioner of Revenue Administration in his letter fourth read above and sanction is accorded for the continuance of the special staff mentioned in the Annexure I to III as earlier sanctioned in the G.O. first read above in the Collectorates each of Nagapattinam, Kanniyakumari, Cuddalore, Chennai, Kancheepuram and Villupuram District for a further period from 1.1.2007 to 31.12.2007 or till the necessity ceases whichever is earlier as a special case for attending to the tsunami relief and rehabilitation works.

2.  The staff sanctioned in the Annexure I to III shall be eligible to draw Pay, Dearness Allowance and other allowances admissible under the orders in force.

3.  The expenditure sanctioned in paragraph 2 above shall be debited to "2070-00 Other Administrative Services - 800.  Other expenditure - II. State Plan - QA. World Bank assisted scheme under Emergency Tsunami Reconstruction Project (ETRP) - Project Management Unit - Revenue Administration - 01. Salaries." (DPC 2070 00 800 QA 0108).

4.  This order issue with the concurrence of Finance Department vide its U.O.No.82226/Revenue/2006-1, dated 11.1.2007.
