The following amendment is issued to the G.O. read above:

Amendment

For the sub para 6 of para 4 of the G.O read above, the following sub para 6 shall be substituted:

"6. The skill training shall be provided to unemployed youth, who are members of Self Help Groups as well as others through established industries and reputed institutions with the objective of getting wage employment or to encourage self employment."
