NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 21 of the National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005 (Central Act 42 of  2005),   the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby establishes the Tamil Nadu State Employment Guarantee Fund for the purposes of implementation of the Tamil Nadu Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme made under sub-section (1) of section 4 of  the said Act.
