CERTIFICATE

I authorise the publications of the attached notifications issued in G.O.(Ms.) No.27, Rural Development (C2) Department, dated 13.2.2004 by issuing an Extra ordinary Gazette dated 13.2.2004. Having taken into consideration the extra cost and double handling involved in the issue of an Extra Ordinary Gazette, I have come to the conclusion that the materials under notification can not be delayed by a week and the issue of Gazette Extra Ordinary is essential.
