(Ms) No.143 Read: 1. From the Chief Engineer (Buildings), Public Works Department, Chennai-5 Letter.No.AEE/T12/52640/2005 dated 9.1.2007 & 8.2.2007. 2. From the Chief Engineer (Buildings), Public Works Department, Letter No.AEE/T12/17982/2007 dated 8.5.2007. --- ORDER: The Standing Finance Committee has approved the proposal sent by the Chief Engineer (Buildings) for providing additional facilities like Approach Road, Compound wall, filling low lying area and other amenities for the existing Circuit House at Tiruvarur at an estimated cost of Rs.15.00 lakhs (Rupees fifteen lakhs only) under part II schemes for the year 2007-2008. 2. The Government accordingly sanction a sum of Rs.15.00 laksh (Rupees fifteen lakhs only) for the provision of additional facilities like Approach Road, Compound wall, filling low lying area and other amenities for the existing Circuit House at Tiruvarur under Part II scheme for the year 2007-2008. The expenditure for the above scheme for the year 2007-2008 is restricted to Rs.10.00 lakhs only (Rupees ten lakhs only). 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debitable to the following head of account:- "4059 – Capital Outlay on Public Works – 01 Office Buildings – 051 – Construction – Scheme in the Eleventh Five Year Plan-II State Plan – JJ Public Works 16 – Major Works (DPC 4059 – 01-051-JJ 1605) 4. The Chief Engineer (Buildings), Public Works Department is authorized to incur the expenditure as per the existing procedure. A copy of the estimate is also returned herewith. 5. The estimate submitted by the Chief Engineer (Buildings), in his letter 2nd read above is also approved. 6. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department vide its UO No.33724/PW.I/07 dated 29.5.2007. (BY ORDER OF THE GOVERNOR) S.
