ORDER:

The following Notification shall be published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 41 of the Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Act, 2000 (Tamil Nadu Act No.7 of 2001), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the Special Commissioner and Commissioner of Revenue Administration, Disaster Management and Mitigation as Commissioner to exercise the powers and perform the functions under the said Act and the Rules made there under.
