           The Draft 4(1) Nortification under the urgency provisions of section 17(2) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894(Central Act I/1894) submitted by the Collector of Vellore with his letter third read above as recommended  by  the Special Commissioner and Commissioner of Land Administration for the acquisition of 4.02.5 hectares of dry lands in S.No.2/5B etc. Thattaparai village,  Gudiyatham taluk for the formation of Left Main Canal under Mordhana Reservoir Project is approved and will be published in the extraordinary issue of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette and jn two Tamil Daily Newspapers circulating in the locality.

          2. The Works Manager,Government Central Press, Chennai is  requested to publish the 4(1)Notification in the extraordinary issue of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dt. 4.8.2000 and he is requested to furnish the Gazette in which Notification published to the Government in this department.

    3. Four  copies of the Notification in Tamil are forwarded to the Director of Information and public Relation, Chennai-9 and he is requested to arrange for their publication in two Tamil Daily Newspapers circulating in the locality as ordered in paragraph 1 above at once. 

    4.The Disrict Collector, Vellore District is requested to instruct the Land Acquisition Officer to cause the publication of the substance of the Notification at convenient places in the locality immediately and to intimate the last of the date of publication of 4(1) Notification so as to enable the Government to publish Declaration under section 6 in this  case within 15 days from the date of publication of 4(1) Notification(vide pert chart Government OrderMs.No.1895 Revenue dt.27.8.1990) 

    5.The records received with the letter third read above are returned to the Collector of Vellore.
