ORDER:

         The Draft Notification under  urgency clause of 17(2) of the Land Acquisition Act 1894,(Central Act I of 1894) submitted by the Special Commissioner and Commissioner of Land Administration in the reference 2 read above for acquiring 9.88.5 hectares of dry land in S.No.321/1A formation of reservoir across Varattar river in Velimadurai Village, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District is approved and will be published in the next issue of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette and in two Tamil Daily Newspapers circulating in the locality. 

            2.The Works Manager, Government Central Press, Chennai is requested to publish the 4(1) Notification in the  next issue of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazetted dated                and he is requested to furnish portion to the Gazettee in which Notification will be published to the Government in this department. 

            3.Four copies of the Notification in Tamil are forwarded to the Director of Information and Public Relation, Chennai.9   and  he is requested to arrange for their publication in two Tamil daily Newspapers circulating in the locality as ordered in paragraph 1 above . 

            4.The District Revenue Officer,  Dharmapuri    District is requested to instruct the Land Acquisition Officer to cause the publication of the substance of the Notification at convenient places in the locality immediately  and  intimate  by Telex the last of the dates of such publication so as to enable the Government to approve Declaration under section 6  within  15 days from the last date of the publication of 4(1) Notification as per the time schedule prescribed  in the Pert Chart  vide G.O.Ms.No.1895, Revenue, dated 27.8.90. 

            5.The District Collector is requested to instruct the Land Acquisition Officer to take further action as per the time schedule prescribed in the pert chart vide letter (Ms) 1895, Revenue, dated 27.8.90. 

            6.The records received with the letter second read above are returned to the  Special Commissioner and Commissioner of Land  Administration.
