Public (L&O.B) Department, dated 3.5.91. ********* ORDER : In partial modification of the orders issued in the Government Order first read above, the Government direct that the quantum of relief payable to the following categories at Serial Nos.6 to 10 of para 5 therein be enhanced as indicated against each :
2. The Government accordingly direct that the District Collectors be empowered to sanction relief in accordance with the orders mentioned in para 1 above. Relief amount should be disbursed within one month of the date of occurrence of the incident. The amount shall be met by the District Collectors from the Savings Bank Account of the Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund maintained by the District Collectors. 3. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department vide its U.O.No.1965/FS/P/98, dated 11.5.1998. (BY ORDER OF THE GOVERNOR) M.F. FAROOQUI, SECRETARY TO GOVERNMENT.
