2. Planning and Development Department will function as the coordinating department.

3. The above committee will meet once a month and will take up some of the major projects for detailed review in each sitting. The frequency of the review in respect of each of the Major Infrastructure Projects will depend on the activity, the outlay and the relative urgency of the projects.
