O R D E R :

In the Government Order read above, the Government have sanctioned the re-employment of Thiru K.V. Palanidurai, after his superannuation on 30.4.2002 A.N., in the post of Full-time Member in the State Planning Commission, as Full-time Member in the State Planning Commission for a period of six months from 1.5.2002 Fore Noon.

2) After due consideration of the proposals contained in the reference second read above, the Government sanction the re-employment of Thiru K.V. Palanidurai, Full-time Member of State Planning Commission for a further period of one year from 1.11.2002 Fore Noon on the existing terms and conditions of re-employment.
