ORDER:

 Government of India, Ministry of Personnel Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training have, under the Administrative Tribunals Act 1985 (Central Act 13 od 1985) constituted the Tamil Nadu State Administrative Tribunal with effect from 12.12.1988.  Under sub-section (8) of section (5) of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby specify Madras as the place of which the Tamil Nadu State Administrative Tribunal shall ordinarily sit.  The appended Notification shall be published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette extraordinary date 9.12.1988.
