ORDER

The Government direct that the temporary Supernumerary posts of 1000 Assistants in Tamil Nadu Secretariat and 500 Supernumerary posts of Junior Assistants in each District created in the Government Orders first and second read above respectively are disbanded with immediate effect.

2. The Government further direct that the services of all the temporary Assistants appointed on contract basis in Tamil Nadu Secretariat and the services of all the Junior Assistants appointed on contract basis in Districts are terminated with immediate effect.

3. All Secretaries to Government, Heads of Departments and District Collectors are directed to issue orders, terminating the services of the temporary Contract Assistants/ Junior Assistants with effect from the date of issue of this order. A compliance report should be sent to Government immediately.
