The following amendment shall be issued to the G.O.Ms.No.288, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (A) Department, dated 4.12.1997 :- 

AMENDMENTS

In the said order, in para 4 the sub-para (i) shall be substituted as follows, namely :- 

"(i) No disciplinary proceedings are pending or contemplated under rule 17(b) of  Tamil Nadu Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules;"
