ORDER
The Government appoint Tvl. S.Anavarthan, M.HidayattullaKhan, E. Sampathkumar and R.Vijayakumar as Government Advocates, for appearance before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal on behalf of Government Departments and for attending to all items of work connected therewith.
2. Their duties shall be in accordance with the standing orders Part-I and Part -II of Law officers, High Court, Madras as issued in G.O.Ms.No.607, Public (Estt.I)Department, dated 28.3.1981 as amended from time to time.
3. The Government Advocates, Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal shall be paid a retainer fee of Rs.3000/- (Rupees three thousand only) per month. In addition to that they are eligible for remuneration for drafting/appearance etc. before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal as indicated in the Annexure to this order.
4. The following Notification shall be published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette:-

REMUNERATION FOR APPEARANCE BEFORE THE TAMIL NADU ADMINISTRATIVE
TRIBUNAL - DRAFTING ORIGINAL APPLICATION ETC.

I. APPEARANCE
(SINGLE MEMBER TRIBUNAL OR BENCH CONSISTING CHAIRMAN,
VICE-CHAIRMAN AND JUDICIAL/ADMINISTRATIVE MEMBER)
*1. Fully contested case
Main case Rs.250/-
For a batch of cases, Rs.250/- for the main case
Rs.50/- per connected case subject to a ceiling of Rs.2500/-
2. Disposed of at the stage of admission with argument:-
Rs.100/- for the main case. For a batch of cases
Rs.50/- per connected case subject to a ceiling of Rs.5000/-
3. Disposed of at the stage of admission without argument:-
Rs.50/- for the main case. For a batch cases,
Rs.25/- per connected case subject to a ceiling of Rs.2500/-
*4. Disposed of following judgement in a previous case
or which has become infructuous or withdrawn:-
Rs.75/- for the main case. For a batch of cases,
Rs.50/- per connected case subject to a ceiling of Rs.2500/-
* In respect of items 1 and 4 above, if no counter affidavit was filed in the Tribunal, the Law officer will be allowed half of the fee prescribed in item 1 or item 4, as the case may be. If the counter was prepared but not filed in the Tribunal, the Law Officer shall be allowed half of the fee payable for preparation and filing of the counter.

2. Petition disposed of in a batch
(a) For the main application Rs.100/-

Rs. 150/- for the main case. If it is a common affidavit or counter for batch of cases then Rs.75/- for every subsequent case subject to a ceiling of Rs.2500/-
FOR REVIEW APPLICATION/MISCELLANEOUS APPLICATION
Rs.150/- for the main case. Rs.75/- for every subsequent case subject to a ceiling of Rs.2500/- in batch cases.
The Government advocates shall be paid 40% of the remuneration payable to the Law officers for assisting them.
