ORDER : 

The following Notification will be published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette:- 

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu Government Servant’s Conduct Rules, 1973. 

2.The amendment hereby made shall come into force on the 10th July 2000. 

AMENDMENT           

            In the said Rules, in rule 24-A, after the second proviso, the following proviso shall be added, namely :- 

"Provided also that the Government Servants proceeding on Hajj Pilgrimage to Saudi Arabia through Tamil Nadu Hajj Committee on "Pilgrim Pass" are exempted from obtaining "No Objection Certificate.".
