ORDER:

In the letter first read above, the Director of Legal Studies has stated that in the appointment order second read above, Thiru T.Johnson, Lecturer (Selection Grade) (Pre-Law), Dr.Ambedkar Government Law College, Chennai has been appointed as the Controller of Examinations of the Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedkar Law University on deputation basis for a period of three years from the date of his assuming office and the individual has also been required therein to join duty within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order.  He has further stated that in the letter third read above Thiru T.Johnson, Lecturer (Selection Grade) (Pre-Law), Dr.Ambedkar Government Law College, Chennai has requested to relieve him from the Post of Lecturer (Selection Grade) (Pre-Law) as early as possible so as to enable him to join the post of the Controller of Examinations in the Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedkar Law University, Chennai.  The Director of Legal Studies has also requested the Government to relieve Thiru T.Johnson,  from the post of Lecturer (Selection Grade) (Pre-Law), Dr.Ambedkar Government Law College, Chennai  at early date to enable him to join the post of Controller of Examinations of the Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedkar Law University, Chennai.

2. The Government after careful examination have decided to depute Thiru T.Johnson, Lecturer (Selection Grade) (Pre-Law), Dr.Ambedkar Government Law College, Chennai as the Controller of Examinations in the Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedkar Law University for a period of three years.

3. The deputation of the above said individual will be governed as per the general terms and conditions issued in G.O.Ms.No.111, P&AR Department, dated 2.5.1994.

4. The Director of Legal Studies is requested to relieve immediately Thiru T.Johnson, Lecturer (Selection Grade) (Pre-Law), Dr.Ambedkar Government Law College, Chennai so as to enable him to take up his appointment as the Controller of Examinations in the Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedkar Law University.
