ORDERS:

In the Government Order first read above, the Government reconstituted the Tamil Nadu Plantation Labour Advisory Committee for a period of three years Thiru D.P.Maheswari was appointed in the Advisory Committee as a representative of the Anamalai Planters’ Association of Tamil Nadu. The Anamalai Planters’ Association of Tamil Nadu has represented that in the Annual General body Meeting held on 30.10.2004, Thiru C.D.Ganapathi has been elected as Chairman of the Anamalai Planters’ Association of Tamil Nadu’ for 2004-05 and also nominated to serve as representative for The Anamalai Planters’ Association of Tamil Nadu in the Plantation Labour Advisory committee. The Commissioner of Labour has recommended that the name of Thiru C.D.Ganapathi may be included as new representative of the Anamalai Planters’ Association of Tamil Nadu instead of the present representative Thiru D.P.Maheswari in the Tamil Nadu Plantation Labour Advisory Committee.

2.The Government accordingly direct " Thiru C.D.Ganapathi" be appointed in the Tamil Nadu Plantation Labour Advisory Committee as Employers’ representative of the Anamalai planters’ Association of Tamil Nadu replacing the Thiru D,P.maheswari.
