ORDER:

In the circumstances stated by the Director of Stationery and Printing, Chennai in his letter 1st read above and as recommended by the Regional Director, ESI Corporation in his letter 2nd read above, the Government grant permanent exemption to the Government Branch Press at High Court, Chennai under Section 90 read with Section 91 A of the ESI Act, 1948 with retrospective effect from 16.1.1977.

2) The following Notification will be published in the next issue of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette:-

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 90 read with section 91 A of the ESI Act, 1948 (Central Act XXXIV of 1948), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby grant permanent exemption to the Government Branch Press at High Court, Chennai under section 90 read with section 91 A of the ESI Act, 1948 with retrospective effect from 16.1.1977.
