The following amendments shall be issued to the Notification approved in G.O.Ms.No.78 Labour and Employment (J2) Department, dated 6.9.2002 and published at pages 534 of Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 23.10.2002 as Notification No.II(2)/LE/857/2002:-
AMENDMENT I
In the Schedule to the Notification appended to G.O.Ms.No.78, Labour and Employment, dated 6.9.2002, under the Employees’ Representatives for the existing.-
Employees’ Representatives:-
3) Thiru K.J.Lenin,

Kumbakonam Taluk, Peravai.
Thanjavur District.
the following shall be substituted:-

AMENDMENT-II
Under the heading Employers’ Representatives:-
for the existing entries,

the following shall be substituted:-

2. The Government also extend the tenure of the Committee till 31.3.2005 (i.e. from 6.1.2003 to 31.3.2005).
3. The Works Manager, Government Central Press, Chennai-79 is requested to publish the above amendments in the Notification published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette and send 5 copies to this Government for reference and record.
