Sub : Employment and Training - Training Wing - Fixing Rs.50/- for issue of provisional certificates / Mark sheets to the candidates - Regarding.

Ref : 1. Your Letter No. 1964 / Plan.1 / 00, dated 9-5-2002 and 2-9-2002.
        2. G.O. Ms. No. 27, Labour and Employment, dated 5-3-2003.

In the reference first cited the Commissioner of Employment and Training has sent proposals for issue of provisional certificates to all the passed out candidates and issue of marks sheet to all the failed candidates by use of Computers and collection of Rs.50/- per provisional certificates / marks sheet from all the candidates who appear for the trade test / examination along with trade test fee and the amount may be remitted into Government account.

2.  After careful examination, the Government accept the proposal of Commissioner of Employment and Training to collect Rs.50/- for the issue of provisional certificates and marks sheet to the candidates who appear for the trade test.

3.  The amount collected from trainees will be credited into the following head of account :-

(i)  0230 - Labour and Employment - 800. Other receipts - AC - Craftsmen Training Scheme - 03. Fee for All India Trade Test. (DPC No. 0230 - 00 - 800 - AC - 0304)

(ii) 0230. Labour and Employment - 800 Other receipts - AC. Craftsmen Training Scheme - 05. Apprentices Act. (DPC No. 0230 00 800-AC-0508)

4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance U.O.No. 40025 / Labour and Employment / 2003 - 1, dated: 30-6-2003.
