//// ORDER: The Commissioner of Tourism has stated that the District Collector, Thiruvanamalai has sent a proposal for the improvement of Arulmigu Siva Subramaniya Swamy Temple area in Thiruvannamalai District at a total estimate cost of Rs.19.50 lakhs. The components of the proposal are as follows:
2. The Commissioner of Tourism has forwarded the proposal of the Collector, Thiruvannamalai District and found that the following two schemes are not eligible for financial assistance from this Department.
------------------------- Total Rs. 6.70 lakhs 3. Therefore the Commissioner of Tourism has recommended the following schemes only and requested this Department to approve the estimate for Rs 12.80 lakhs and to sanction Rs. 6.40 lakhs being the 50% of the estimate from Tourism Department fund for the following schemes and the District Collector may be permitted to meet the balance amount of Rs 6.40 lakhs from M.L.A. Constituency Development Fund.

The Government, after careful examination, approve the proposal of the Commissioner of Tourism for Development of Infrastructure facilities at Arulmigu Siva Subramaniya Swamy Temple area, on the hill top of Ellathur mottur village on the Porur-Chengam Highways of Tiruvannamalai District at a total estimate cost of Rs 12.80 lakhs (Rupees twelve lakhs and eighty thousand only). Accordingly, the Government sanction a sum of Rs 6.40 lakhs (Rupees six lakhs and forty thousand only) from Tourism Department Fund as it’s 50% share and permit the Collector, Tiruvannamalai District to meet the balance amount of Rs.6.40 lakhs (Rupees six lakhs and forty thousand only) from MLA constituency development fund for the scheme mentioned in para 3 above. The asserts created with this fund would be maintained by the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Department. 5. The Commissioner of Tourism is authorized to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned para in 4 above to the Collector, Thiruvannamalai District. The Commissioner of Tourism is requested to fix time schedule for the execution of work before disbursement of the amount sanctioned in para 4 above to the Executive Agency. 6. The amount sanctioned in para 5 above shall be debited to the Following head of account:-
7. The Commissioner of Tourism is requested to watch the progress of the works and to send periodical reports to Government. The Commissioner of Tourism is also requested to get the reports on Progress of works periodically and Utilisation Certificate from the concerned authorities and send it to Government. 8.
