ORDER:-

The Commissioner of Tourism has forwarded and recommended the proposal of the Collector, Namakkal District for the provision of the following infrastructure facilities at Kollimalai area, Namakkal District.

He has also stated that the Collector of the Namakkal District has assured that 50% of the total cost will be met from the District Administration fund.

2. The Government after careful examination, accept the proposal of the Commissioner of Tourism and approve the total estimate of Rs.7.00 lakhs (Rupees Seven lakhs only) for the provision of infrastructure facilities at Arapallieswarar Koil surroundings in Kollimalai Area, Namakkal District. Accordingly the Government sanction a sum of Rs. 3.5 lakhs (Rupees Three lakhs and Fifty thousand only) as its share and permit the Collector to meet the balance amount of Rs. 3.5 lakhs (Rupees Three lakhs and Fifty thousand only) from the Namakkal District Development fund. The Executive Agency shall be the Collector Namakkal District.

3. The Commissioner of Tourism is authorized to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para 2 above to the Collector, Namakkal District.

4. The Commissioner of Tourism is requested to watch the progress of the works and send periodical reports to Government. The Commissioner of Tourism is also requested to get the reports on Progress of works periodically and Utilisation Certificate from the concerned authorities and send it to Government.

5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide its U.O.No.74243/CF&CP/05,dated 25.10.05.
