In the letter first read above the Collector of Kanchipuram District has sent from 'E' Notice under section 4 (2) of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of land for Industrial Purpose Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10/99) for acquisition of 15.96.5 Hectares of lands comprised in S.No.230 etc. in Siruseri Village and 4.84.5 hectares of lands falling in S.No. 85/2 etc. in Egattur Villages for setting up of Information Technology Park by the SIPCOT.

2. In the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette second read above Form "C " under section 3 (1) of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of lands for Industrial purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10/99) have been approved and published for acquisition of 15.96.5 Hectares of lands in Siruseri Village and 4.84.5 Hectares of lands in Egattur Village.

3. In the letter third read above, the Special Commissioner and Commissioner of Land Administration has recommended the Form 'E' Notice under section 4 (2) of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of lands for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999) for acquisition of 15.96.5 Hectares of lands comprised in S.No.230 etc. is Siruseri Village and 4.84.5 hectares of lands falling in S.No.85/2 etc. in Eagattur Village to Government for approval.

4. After careful examination Government accept the proposal of District Collector, Kancheepuram and as recommended by the Special Commissioner and Commissioner of Land Administration, Chennai referred to Para 3 above and approve the Form ‘E’ annexed to this order and forwarded to the Collector, Kanchipuram District for necessary action.
