ORDER: 

The following Notification will be issued in the next issue of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazettee dated: 19.1.2005. 

NOTIFICATION 

Whereas the Government are satisfied that with a view to enable Tvl. Southern Structurals Limited, Chennai to work continuously as a State Industrial Undertaking and as a measure of preventing unemployment it is necessary and expedient in the public interest to declare the said industrial undertaking is a relief undertaking. 

2.  Now THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Relief Undertakings (Special Provisions) Act, 1969 (Tamil Nadu Act 21 of 1969) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares that Tvl. Southern Structurals Limited, Chennai shall for a period of one year with effect from 17.9.2004 be a relief undertaking for the purpose of the said Act.
