 ORDER :  

In pursuance of the decision taken in the meeting held on 11.7.2002, in connection with the Information & Technology – E.Governance Initiatives by the Information and Technology Department, the Task Force is constituted, with Secretary, Housing and Urban Development Department as its Chairman. 

2.   ollowing Head of Departments / Managing Directors  of Public Sector Undertakings under the Housing and Urban Development Department shall be the  Members. 

1.      Commissioner, Director of Town and Country Planning
2.      Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Housing Board,
3.      Member Secretary, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority
4.      Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board
5.      Registrar, Co-op. Housing Societies
6.      Special Officer, Tamil Nadu Co-op. Housing Federation.
7.      Deputy Secretary (Hg.)   …  Member Secretary 

3.  The Committee shall be convened periodically to review the Information and Technology – E. Governance Initiatives undertaken by them.
