ORDER:

In the circumstances stated by the Director, Fire and Rescue Services, in the letter second read above, the Government hereby permit the Director, Fire and Rescue Service to deploy five number of water tenders along with its crew indicated in the Annexure-I and II to this order, for standby duty on 9-1-2007 and 10-1-2007, in connection with the launch of PSLV -CO7 on 10-1-2007 at Satish Dhawan Space Centre, SHAR, Sriharikota Range, Andhra Pradesh.    

2)  The Director, Fire and Rescue Services is requested to collect necessary charges in connection with the above standby duty from the concerned as per the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.952, Home, Dated: 29.8.2000.    

3) The Director, Fire and Rescue Services, is also directed to instruct the officers and personnel attached to the above standby duty suitably for upkeep of the image of the State.

4) The officers and personnel deputed to the above standby duty are eligible for the TA/DA, if any, as per the orders in force.

5) This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department vide G.O.(Ms)No.519, Finance (Salaries) Department, Dated: 29-9-1997.
