ORDER:

The following Notification will be published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Extraordinary, dated the 6th July 2007

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 9 of the Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act,1987 (Central Act 28 of 1987), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, with the concurrence of the Chief Justice, High Court, Madras, hereby makes the following amendment to the Home Department Notification No.II (2)/HO/5124/(d-5)/92, published at page 3 of Part II – Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 21st October 1992, as subsequently amended:-

AMENDMENT

In the said Notification, in the Table, for entries (3) and (4) in column (1), the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

"(3) Thiru.K.Baskaran, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli.

(4) Thiru.S.Thangakani, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli".
