The following Notification will be published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Extraordinary dated the 6th July 2007.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (4) of section 9 of the Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act,1987 (Central Act 28 of 1987), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, with the concurrence of the Chief Justice, High Court, Madras, hereby makes the following amendment to the Home Department Notification No.II (2)/HO/3929 (b-2)/91, published at page 1 of Part II – Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 11th July 1991, as subsequently amended:-

AMENDMENT

In the said Notification, for the expression "Thiru.M.Velu, I Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Chennai", the following expression shall be substituted, namely:-

"Thiru.M.Mohamed Essath Ali, I Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Chennai".
