Letter No.652 / A / 2007 / G / Judn., Dated: 7.5.2007. &&&& ORDER: The Minister (Public Works and Law) while moving the demand on Administration of Justice, announced on the Floor of the Assembly on 13.4.2007 that Magalir Neethimandram at Pudukottai would be constituted. 2. The Government sanction the following staff are required to sanction for the constitution of Mahila Court at Pudukottai.
3. The holders of the posts indicated in para 2 above will be eligible to draw besides Pay, DA and other allowances at the rate admissible to them under the orders and rules in force from time to time. 4. The Government further sanction the following recurring and non-recurring expenditure. Recurring expenditure:

The total cost for the constitution of Mahila Court at Pudukottai is Rs.17.87 lakhs. The Court building may be accommodated in identified private building and rent will be fixed by Public Works Department as per G.O.Ms.No. 329, Finance (Salaries) Department, dated: 30-08-2001 and as per orders in force. 5. The Director of stationery and Printing, Chennai is requested to make free supply of 4 typewriters i.e. two with English keyboard and two typewriters with Tamil keyboard. He is also to request to make free supply of stationery articles, forms and registers to the proposed Court at Pudukottai 6. The expenditure sanction in para 4 above shall be debited to the following head of Account: "2014.Administration of Justice – 105 – Civil and Sessions Court – I.Non Plan - AB – Mofussil Civil and Sessions Courts - Regular Establishment" (i) 01.Salaries (DPC 2014.00.105.AB.0104) (ii) 05.Office Expenses 01.Telephone Charges (DPC 2014.00.105.AB.0515) (iii) 05.Office Expenses –02. Other contingencies (DPC 2014.00.105.AB.0524) (iv) 05.Offiece Expenses – 05.Furniture (DPC 2014.00 105.AB.0551) (v) 21. Motor Vehicles - 01. Purchase (DPC 2014.00.105.AB.2111) (vi) 45. Petroleum, Oil and lubricant (DPOC 2014.00.105.AB.4502) 7.The expenditure sanctioned in para 5 above shall constitute an item of "New Service", for which approval of Legislature will be obtained in due course. Pending approval of the Legislature, the expenditure will be met by drawal of an advance from the contingency fund. The Finance (BG.I) Department will issue necessary orders in this regard separately. The Registrar (Admn.), High Court of Madras, is requested to apply for contingency fund advance in the prescribed format to Finance (BG.I) Department along with copies of this order. He is also requested to send necessary explanatory notes to include the above expenditure in the supplementary Estimates for the year 2007-2008 to Finance Department at the appropriate time without fail. 8. The Registrar General, High Court, Chennai is requested to send necessary draft notification for publication in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette. 9.
